Too bad first comments and this post in the news-comments section don't count as points :(Otherwise, thanks Wowhead... can't wait to contribute! Good luck all!
You should award based on the top 5 users with the most posts >.><.<
Interest Interest Interest Interest Adams?
Reputation guys, not post count. Also good to note that a person's 'lead' doesn't matter - it's all about what you do in the week / month. Even just logging onto Wowhead and being active gives you a chance to win!
I think it's really cool that there's going to be an ongoing contest that focuses on the most active users, as opposed to the contests of years past with those that signed up recently winning a large portion of the prizes. It is true that this might change the direction of reputation, as there's now something to compete for, but that's not a bad thing provided there aren't any really rampant cases of abuse of the system. Might be something to monitor.Depending on the level of interest, it might be good to expand it to 500, 1000, or more users to keep it less exclusive and competitive. Wowhead gets such insane traffic that 200 might end up being a very exclusive number. Again, just something to keep an eye on.
Eh, I think I've done more in the past (eyes *CURRENT* reputation count) Oh well.
Nice. Now to keep doing what I was already doing. :)
I wonder...are mods and admins counted?
Too bad its not retroactive.I've made several high-rated (Above 100+ upvotes) comments, and even made a post that was sticky for a time (my guide to the pre-cataclysm event). But none of these will be recognized ='(
I'm on the first page of "all time" ;)
